Company Authority is the name given to the authority management system for users of this website who want to maintain company information on the Register of Companies.
Company Authority will be granted to:
- Directors
- Certain authorised persons (such as accountants, lawyers etc…)
The person who incorporates the company online will be automatically granted Company Authority.
How do you get Company Authority?
The person who incorporates a company online will be automatically granted company authority. After incorporation, you can confirm company authority later. From viewing your company details, click ‘Maintain Authority’ and click ‘Grant Authority’.
